Summary

Requirements

  • Background in Strategic or Enterprise Sales ideally within Marketing Technology
  • Outstanding verbal, written and stand-up presentation skills
  • Positive strategic mindset with a β€˜can-do’ attitude
  • Highly collaborative and enjoys working across different functions and global teams
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and the decision-making process for large SaaS investments
  • A proven connector in your daily life through social media and other mediums
  • Willingness to spend time with clients onsite (within EMEA) to support business needs
  • Prior experience with com CRM (or other CRM to manage sales pipeline)

Responsibilities

  • Join a team of select Global Account Managers at Braze, working across a select number of high-profile global accounts
  • Manage cross-functional, globally spread internal teams to support account retention and growth
  • Navigate complex sales cycles to acquire high profile new logos
  • Manage complex global renewal cycles from end to end
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans and own overall client relationships
  • Create and maintain active engagement plans across large partner ecosystem(s)

Preferred Qualifications

Working language English, with another language (French / Spanish / German) a bonus
