Summary
Join Caylent as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and become a key player in connecting Amazon Web Services (AWS) with our customers. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities through prospecting and collaboration with AWS sellers. This role requires a self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with a data-centric approach. You will work closely with Account Executives, managing accounts, attending AWS events, and participating in the full sales cycle. Requirements
- 1-3 Years of SDR, BDR, or Sales Experience

- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency with Google Workspaces
Responsibilities
- Qualifying leads from personal outbound campaigns, marketing, inbound and AWS
- Understanding customer needs and solutions
- Presenting and delivering information to customers and AWS
- Working closely with Caylent Account Executives on existing pipeline
- Account management of existing customers
- Maintaining Salesforce up to date
