Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in enterprise SaaS
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in closing deals and selling core infrastructure solutions to financial institutions
  • Ability to be a good and patient thought-partner that can gather product requirements and use cases from existing and potential FI partners
  • Ability to partner with the product team (PMs and Design) to put together new demos and new features in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work effectively within a small team

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (while working in tandem with SDRs) and focus on target markets and industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations and close deals effectively to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions to clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in startup sales within the enterprise infrastructure space for large banks and collections agencies
  • Knowledge of the debt industry or a strong ability to build personal connections and close deals
  • Experience in consumer and personal finance, especially at a startup
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
  • Passion for Clerkie’s mission of empowering everyday families to manage their finances and get out of debt
