Summary

Join CoderPad's sales team as an Account Executive and engage with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and Engineering. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to identify new business opportunities. Establish a trusted advisor relationship with prospects, suggest product improvements, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience, including at least one year as an Account Executive, a hunter mindset, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM. Requirements

  • 1-3 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 1 year as an Account Executive
  • A hunter mindset & entrepreneurial spirit!
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions
  • A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team
  • Proficiency with SalesForce CRM

Responsibilities

  • Break into key target accounts through outbound prospecting with CoderPad’s value proposition aligned to the objectives of our ideal prospects
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success colleagues to detect new business opportunities with intent based tools
  • Establish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with prospects
  • Suggest new ideas to improve our product, process, and workflows based on customer feedback and strategic approach
  • Achieve pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Engage with a value-based selling approach to delight our buyers!
