You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, working collaboratively with the broader sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Research and identify high-potential prospects within the SMB space
  • Execute targeted outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Sales Presentations & Closing Deals
  • Conduct product demos and deliver tailored presentations to prospective customers
  • Develop compelling proposals and value-based solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Customer Relationships & Insights
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their business challenges and goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that align with their talent acquisition strategies
  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer success
  • Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging
  • Work with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers for smooth transitions post-sale
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and sales strategy
