Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Identify and research prospects
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads
  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other departments to support sales efforts
  • Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handoff and seamless customer experience
  • Share market feedback and insights to inform product development and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to talent acquisition and/or engineering groups
