Summary
Join Connecteam's new Australian office as an Account Executive and become a pioneer in our expansion. You will manage your own sales pipeline, taking leads to paying customers, while becoming a product expert and consultant for diverse businesses. This hybrid role (2 days remote) offers the chance to influence product development based on client needs and work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You'll be the face of Connecteam, providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships. This is a quota-carrying position requiring strong sales experience and a proven track record of success.
Requirements
- Having an Australian citizenship
- At least 1.5 years of SDR/BDR sales experience in SaaS companies
- Strong record of quota attainment
- Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
- Self-learner, autodidact, and high independence
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools
- Energetic, positive, and motivated
- Team player with strong communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment
- Hungry to make a true impact and grow with us!
- Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri
Responsibilities
- Manage your own accounts pipeline, taking leads to paying customers
- Become a product expert and an expert in consulting businesses from a wide variety of industries
- Be the companyβs eyes β No one in the company knows our clients better than the Sales team
- Be the face of the company β Connecteam is known for our outstanding customer service and approach
- Influence the product in the light of client demands and needs
- Cross department involvement and information sharing
- Initiative independence and ownership
- The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle
