Requirements

  • Track record of success with 3+ years of quota carrying experience in a sales role
  • Willingness to learn and implement learnings from weekly sales trainings
  • Organization and CRM hygiene
  • Passion for engaging with prospects and customers
  • Inbound and Outbound Software Background
  • Experience selling into SMB/MM organizations

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales quota solely focused on net new bookings
  • Qualify prospects for fit, understand their business requirements, and manage the entire deal cycle from discovery through close
  • Manage and prioritize inbound opportunities and cultivate an outbound pipeline of priority customers
  • Elevate Copper’s position in the market by focusing on SMB and MM prospects
  • Engage with a problem-value-based approach, facilitate evaluation cycles, and close new business opportunities
  • Become a subject matter expert on our product and competition
