Requirements

  • 2+ years of success in new business, full sales cycle SaaS sales
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles in the DACH market
  • Strong qualification, discovery and closing skills β€” especially in HR tech use cases
  • Proven ability to build and execute territory and account plans; strong collaboration with SDRs
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-minded
  • Strong German level (C2 or above) and fluent English required

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Revenue : Own new logo and net-new ARR growth by prospecting and closing deals with SMB Startups and Scale-ups up to 250 FTE in the DACH region
  • Manage Your Territory : Build and execute a pipeline strategy in collaboration with Marketing and SDRs
  • Team Collaboration : Partner closely with SDRs, Legal, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Partnerships to move deals forward
  • Lead the Sales Process : Navigate complex buying groups, shape decision criteria, and develop compelling business cases
  • Up-level the Team : Share knowledge and coach peers to strengthen the broader AE and SDR team

Preferred Qualifications

Formal training in methodologies like MEDDIC is a strong plus
