Requirements
- Located in EMEA
- 3+ years of sales experience and client development, with a minimum of 2 year selling into CEE
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
- SFDC proficiency
- Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and any CEE language(s)
- Located in the CEE or Baltics Countries
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
- Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
