Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field
  • 2–6 years’ experience in sales or payroll consulting
  • Track record of high performance in SMB sales (15+ logos/month, 50% conversion rate)
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
  • Manage the entire sales process—from qualification to closing—while consistently achieving monthly targets
  • Solution Selling with Payroll Expertise
  • Use in-depth payroll and industry knowledge to position value-driven solutions and outmaneuver competitors
  • Client Relationship Building
  • Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Implementation Support & Project Handover
  • Provide clean, detailed handovers to the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
  • Market Insight & Feedback Loop
  • Stay current on trends and competitor movements. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to inform positioning and feature development
  • CRM Discipline & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit timely reports on pipeline health, lead progression, and closed deals
