Join Deel as an Account Executive for Deel Talent and play a key role in helping customers hire top talent globally. You will connect customers with trusted talent partners within the Deel platform, focusing on selling Deel Talent solutions. Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, identifying client needs, managing the sales cycle, delivering platform demos, collaborating with talent partners, maintaining accurate CRM records, and fostering strong sales relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, familiarity with global hiring practices, a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and CRM experience. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Sales, Customer Success, Human Resources, or a related fieldโor equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, recruiting solutions, or global workforce platforms
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation, and pipeline management
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and deeply understand client hiring needs to recommend the right Deel Talent solution and subsequent Deel Products ie, EOR, IC, COR, Global Payroll, US PEO
- Deliver tailored demos of the Deel platform and Deel Talent solution, showing how we enable clients to hire globally with speed and ease
- Collaborate with talent partners to align client demand with available talent
- Work closely with core AEs and Expansion consultants
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasting data in our CRM
- Foster strong relationships across the sales org to deliver an exceptional client experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with global hiring practices and working with external partners or talent networks is a definite plus
