Requirements

  • You love sales and new technologies, with a proven record of 2 years of sales experience in full cycle
  • You're willing and able to personally deliver the critical early sales - calling, pitching, negotiating and follow ups - and you are characterized by your empathy and ability as an active listener to understand in depth the needs of our customers
  • You are communicative and able to adapt to different conversation partners, including communicating back to our product teams
  • You thrive when change happens, you have a startup mindset
  • You have attention to detail to be able to follow the processes associated with the sales process
  • You are proactive, able to work independently, good at prioritizing your tasks and you are a team player
  • You love working as a team and giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve your commercial speech
  • You are a results-oriented person. Nothing makes you happier than closing a sale!
  • You are fluent in written and spoken Spanish
  • CRM knowledge is a must

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to reach our potential customer collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Development, your peers, and the Sales Manager
  • Control the whole Deal-Life-Cycle - from qualification, and validation until closing
  • Analysis of customer needs to systematically identify and understand customer requirements and constantly optimize our product
  • Provide a great customer experience, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success department
  • Be, through your daily work, an ambassador of the Doctoralia brand and the values it represents

Preferred Qualifications

B2 in English is a plus
