Summary

The Commercial Account Executive (AE) at EasyPost is responsible for generating revenue, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent work experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, both new accounts and existing clients
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
• Present and demonstrate company products or services to clients effectively
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
• Work with the sales team and sales leadership to forecast revenue, set targets, and develop sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling technical solutions
• Specific experience selling API driven solutions a plus
• Ability to connect with C Level executives in the e-commerce space
