Requirements

  • Bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or IT solutions, where you’ve consistently hit or exceeded your targets. You know how to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals with confidence
  • Have a solid understanding of the UK & Ireland market, especially within industries like public sector, education, or retail. You know how to identify opportunities and tailor your approach to each sector’s unique needs
  • Possess excellent communication skills. You can craft compelling pitches, negotiate win-win outcomes, and build lasting relationships based on trust and mutual success
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ambitious and proactive, you’re always looking for ways to innovate and drive results, taking ownership of your success
  • Be comfortable with CRM systems (like Salesforce), virtual meeting tools, and sales enablement platforms. You know how to leverage technology to streamline your work and maximise impact
  • Be eager to work with diverse teams and share ideas, all while keeping the customer’s success at the heart of everything you do

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Gain a deep understanding of key sectors such as Local Government, Education, Retail, and Finance, and positioning EasyVista as a key solution provider
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding the customer base across the UK & Ireland
  • Manage a healthy and organized sales pipeline, using data-driven forecasts and CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, pre-sales engineers, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Understand client needs and deliver exceptional solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
