Summary
Join ElevenLabs, a leading research and product company in Audio AI, as a remote Account Executive based in Korea. You will build and manage a portfolio of new accounts, identifying business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI can improve user engagement and efficiency. Develop a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and demonstrate expertise in voice technology. Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience and fluency in English and Korean. Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
- Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale
- Fluency in English and Korean and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
- Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus
