Requirements
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Knowledge of AI: Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies, concepts, and applications, with the ability to articulate their value proposition to potential customers
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and build rapport with diverse audiences
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to drive sales growth
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a keen understanding of pricing strategies, contract terms, and negotiation tactics
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, overcome challenges, and seize opportunities for growth
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through various channels
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and convert them into paying customers through effective communication and relationship-building
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect and tailor solutions that align with Emaβs products and services
- Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Ema, effectively highlighting features and benefits
- Negotiation and Closing: Work closely with Ema internal team and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached, while meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction post-sale
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
