Summary

Join Extend, a fast-growing fintech company, as an Account Executive to drive new business growth. This role focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and advancing them through the sales funnel. You will research target accounts, develop outbound sales strategies, engage decision-makers, and build relationships. The position requires experience in outbound B2B sales and familiarity with SaaS products. This is a full-cycle sales role, requiring closing deals and leveraging sales tools. Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in an SDR or sales development role, with a focus on outbound sales (B2B preferred)
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and solutions
  • Strong resilience and persistence - comfortable handling rejection
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts within key verticals or markets through cold calls, emails, social media, and other outreach strategies
  • Develop and execute effective outbound strategies tailored to different buyer personas and industry needs
  • Engage decision makers in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points and business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure long-term engagement
  • Schedule meetings or demos and close deals directly if full-cycle
  • Leverage sales tools and CRM systems to accurately maintain and track activities, opportunities, and progress through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams and provide feedback to improve lead quality and messaging
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through regular coaching and self-reflection
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and competitors
