Summary
Join Fluxx as a highly motivated Account Executive and contribute to our mission of building a leading collaborative grantmaking platform. In this full-time, remote position (US-based), you will leverage your sales and customer relationship skills to understand prospective charitable organization needs, drive value throughout the sales process, and increase revenue. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, create business plans, utilize Salesforce, partner with services teams, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. This role offers a competitive salary ($100,000-$150,000 with variable pay) and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive or relevant sales role within SaaS
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Positive and motivated work ethic with experience working in remote first distributed workforce
- Highly collaborative mindset and experience working in a partnership selling environment with Customer Success and/or other teams
Responsibilities
- Manage and efficiently respond to inbound leads that are assigned to you as well as set up consistent outbound initiatives to drive pipeline growth
- Create and deploy a detailed business plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quota
- Effectively manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce including keeping quotes, notes, close dates and stages up to date
- Partner with our services teams to ensure opportunities are properly scoped and documented, and customer demos are set up for success to drive value
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demos accurately and confidently
- Understand prospective customersโ diverse and specific needs and be able to speak to how Fluxxโs market-leading solutions will bring value to their organization and solve for their requirements
- Maintain and manage accurate business revenue forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Connect with key Customer executives and stakeholders
