Requirements

  • Must have proven track record of success in B2B sales within supply chain / logistics technology industries
  • 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software or technology services
  • Knowledge of enterprise B2B software sales methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience working on a high performing team with a mature sales process
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations, how they are measured and organized, and their key challenges
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create proposals that articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to demo our product (with training) in customer facilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business outcomes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with clients
  • Use a consultative approach to understand the needs and operations of your prospects, and propose solutions that solve their problems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop customized solutions
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Help refine our sales process based on your learnings in the field
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using or selling Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience with robotics or AI
  • Experience at venture-backed startups
  • Technology background
