Summary

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience at a SaaS company
  • Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce)
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in short-cycle sales, particularly in fast-paced micro-business environments
  • Metrics-driven with a command for key sales metrics including win-rate, quota attainment, conversion rate, etc

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing deals
  • Onboard new customers to the GlossGenius platform to ensure long term success
  • Effectively manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads
  • Communicate & escalate feedback internally to cross functional business partners across marketing, product, product marketing, and ops
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the beauty and wellness space/beauty businesses
