Requirements
- Have 4+ years of full cycle sales experience closing deals with ACV >= $50K (software + hardware sale a plus)
- Possess a proven track record of exceeding quota consistently through their sales career
- Have prior experience working in a startup environment, with the ability to meet goals amidst ambiguity and contribute to building new playbooks, processes, and strategies
- Be skilled in selling innovative solutions and emerging technologies
- Have executive presence and effectiveness when interacting solo with C-level audiences
- Be thoughtful and fast: Understand that speed is a competitive advantage and always strive to hit their goals 10x faster than expected while maintaining a high standard and exceptional customer experience
- Be results-driven with a bias for action: Be self-directed, roll up sleeves, and engage in all activities with urgency. Be extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment of constant change. Manage numerous time-sensitive priorities simultaneously
- Be positive, resilient, and open to candid feedback. Listen to and consider alternatives. Make decisions
