Summary
Join Housecall Pro as a Key Accounts Account Executive and build partnerships with mid-size home service professionals. You will leverage consultative selling skills to understand client needs, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding. This role demands strong product knowledge, competitive awareness, and the ability to conduct multiple product demos daily. You will collaborate with other sales team members and manage your sales pipeline effectively. The ideal candidate possesses proven sales success, extensive inside sales experience, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- Proven top 10% performance in an established sales org (along with accompanying leaderboard/ quota attainment documentation)
- 5+ years working in inside sales (software a plus)
- Experience working with or selling to our Pros (HVAC or Plumbing experience a major plus)
- High school diploma required, college preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Good time management with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Serve our mid-size Pros by building a shared vision for what a partnership with Housecall Pro looks like both today and in the future
- Use your consultative, account-based selling skills to get the key stakeholders in the room, map what success looks like, close the sale and deliver
- Set the standard for selling at Housecall Pro through your industry knowledge, product mastery and intimate, current picture of the competitive landscape
- Run 3-4, 60-90 minute product demos per day
- Support the onboarding process for new customers in coordination with your Key Accounts Onboarding Specialists
- Tightly manage your pipeline
- Work closely with Key Accounts SDRs and Account Executives as part of a larger sales org
