Requirements

  • Have volleyball coaching experience at the DI level and be comfortable using our volleyball products
  • Have at least two years of experience in business-to-business sales with a consistent track record of achieving (or exceeding) goals
  • Be motivated by the prospect of owning elite volleyball across North America, love to beat your own records, expect the best from yourself, and always want to keep improving

Responsibilities

  • Own a sales cycle. Collaborate with commissioners, athletic directors and coaches to ensure that their schools and teams have what they need
  • Close sales on the phone and through online demos
  • Work across elite volleyball. Understand how every team can benefit from video analysis. Understanding our customer personas is extremely important
  • Travel occasionally to meet prospective customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have SaaS experience
  • Possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable mapping out your days with the prospects you’re going to contact, and know how to be successful in a remote environment (if applicable)
  • Have prior Salesforce usage experience
