Summary

The job is for an Account Executive at InfoTrack, a global leader in legal technology. The role requires building and managing a pipeline of opportunities, overseeing the onboarding and initial growth of clients, and acting as a subject matter expert on the InfoTrack product. This is primarily a remote position with 1 day onsite.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years as a B2B Account Executive or in a similar role, specializing in selling software to professional services buyers
  • Proven experience in prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities
  • Strong customer/client focus
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Deep understanding of the consultative sales approach and the importance of building trust-based relationships with prospects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident communicator and skilled presenter, comfortable delivering live product demonstrations via video conferencing
  • Technically adept and experienced with web technologies, with a preference for those who have previously sold SaaS solutions
  • Familiar with the main tools and tactics of selling, including using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) to track and manage work

Responsibilities

  • Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new business prospects, determining the next steps for each potential client
  • Anticipate customer needs by studying our services and conducting market research to identify new leads
  • Engage with current users to increase awareness, provide education, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
  • Collaborate effectively with InfoTrack teams, including marketing and customer success, to achieve common goals
  • Partner closely with the product and marketing teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations with prospects and clients via phone and email
