Summary

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with commission and/or targets
- Ability to drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic environment with a short sales cycle
- Driven, tenacious and disciplined approach to sales
- Problem-solving skills to handle various sales situations
- Data-driven approach: ability to source, interpret and create a narrative based on data
- Coachable and adaptable to changes in the sales team and environment
- Enjoyment of technology and willingness to share excitement about mobile technology
- Clear and confident communication style with active listening and consulting skills
- Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably SalesForce
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing
- Drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and sms outreach to create new opportunities
- Leverage strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport, trust, and a deep understanding of the small businesses we work with
- Be a trusted advisor and product expert and leverage that knowledge to provide recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber, from specific workflows to feature fits
- Demonstrate the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof and product demonstrations
- Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics
