Summary

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with commission and/or targets
  • Ability to drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic environment with a short sales cycle
  • Driven, tenacious and disciplined approach to sales
  • Problem-solving skills to handle various sales situations
  • Data-driven approach: ability to source, interpret and create a narrative based on data
  • Coachable and adaptable to changes in the sales team and environment
  • Enjoyment of technology and willingness to share excitement about mobile technology
  • Clear and confident communication style with active listening and consulting skills
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably SalesForce

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and sms outreach to create new opportunities
  • Leverage strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport, trust, and a deep understanding of the small businesses we work with
  • Be a trusted advisor and product expert and leverage that knowledge to provide recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber, from specific workflows to feature fits
  • Demonstrate the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof and product demonstrations
  • Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics
