Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years proven work experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role preferably within the SaaS or technology sector
  • Knowledge of the airline and, specifically, airline catering industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Exemplary presentation and demonstration abilities, both in-person and virtually
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large enterprise accounts
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with keen attention to detail
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Knowledge of Swiss German and French is considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operate a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with key airline accounts
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand each prospect's specific challenges and requirements and determine how LimeFlight's solutions can address those needs
  • Carry out product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients, showcasing LimeFlight's value and articulating how the solution meets their needs and business goals
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow LimeFlight's market share while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Discovery and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support
  • Liaise with the Communications Team to ensure accurate and effective presentation of the company's products and services
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
