Summary
Join Matik, a data-driven content automation platform, as an Account Executive! You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, focusing on acquiring new customers. Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative and Go-to-Market team to promote Matik, manage sales pipelines, and close deals. This role requires 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience or other relevant closing experience
- Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, coachable, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full sales cycle, from generation to close, with a primary focus on net new customer acquisition
- Partner closely with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and the broader Go-to-Market team
- Evangelize Matik
- Generate and manage pipeline
- Drive customer evaluations
- Lead contract negotiations
- Close new business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to Customer Success and Salespeople
- Experience with either Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, Command of the Message, or Winning by Design SaaS sales methodologies
- Experience selling data, BI, or visualization/technical products
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative
