Account Executive

Summary

Join our growing agency as a UK-based Public Relations Account Executive and become a key player in our expansion into the UK market. You will lead accounts across media and influencer relations, thought leadership, and broader communications strategy, potentially including content creation, social media management, and data analysis. As an execution pro, you will juggle multiple accounts, deliver polished work, and interact directly with clients. You will eventually lead 4+ accounts, overseeing execution, communications, and reporting. This full-time, Work-From-Anywhere role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for learning. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of relevant PR or marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting, and excels in written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant PR or marketing experience
• Understanding of product launches, brand storytelling and media and influencer relations strategies
• Understanding of digital/new media marketing strategies
• Expert in persuasive writing and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Consistently produce results within our core services of media and influencer relations
• Be highly skilled at media-facing communications including trade shows, media events, and pitches
• Be confident in all aspects of written and face-to-face client communications
• Proactively lead your client's strategy and be comfortable telling clients what they need to hear versus what they want to hear
• Be an execution specialist, constantly reiterating your daily approach to become more efficient
• Always be learning; be a student and participant of client communications and strategy development, actively seeking out every opportunity to learn from agency senior team leads
• Clearly articulate how results produced coincide with client's goals/objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior agency setting is strongly preferred
• Run a 5k in under 25 minutes
• Solve a Rubik's cube in under a minute
