Summary

Join our rapidly growing sales team as a professional Account Executive and sell a proven product to organizations in multiple industries and of multiple sizes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience
  • Minimum of 1 year B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling within the Salesforce Ecosystem is a big plus, but not required
  • Experience with SMS/Messaging technologies is a big plus, but not required
  • Proven ability to combine warm leads with your prospecting skills to create a robust pipeline
  • Ability to quickly understand the use case and business challenges the Mogli applications solve by industry, and grow revenue within those industries
  • Hunger to learn and grow; we’re looking for motivated sales professionals with a desire to grow into a sales leadership position
  • Proficient in use of Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and grow a B2B sales pipeline; you will have inbound leads as a foundation - but you will be responsible for growing your pipeline through prospecting, partner relationship building, and exploiting outbound channels
  • Expand the sales process beyond the initial contact to drive a consensus buy with decision makers
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Partnership Teams to identify opportunities for improved product placement, promotion and collateral
  • Follow-up with inbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS
  • Promote lead generation with email and calling campaigns
  • Qualify opportunities to ensure you are focusing your efforts on prospects that 1) our solutions can help the most and 2) provide enough revenue upside to be the best investment of your time
  • Be a vocal partner to the Marketing Team as you work together to refine the lead generation funnel
  • Become an expert on the Mogli Sales Process and suggest enhancements to improve retirement of quotas and close rates
  • Execute flawless Discovery; be able to evaluate client needs and sell to solve problems, not just features
  • Become an expert on Mogli products and work with the Product and Marketing Teams to suggest improvements that will increase revenue
  • Expertly listen to and translate challenges to features of our software
  • Quickly disqualify prospects if they are not a fit for our solutions
  • Provide customized systems demonstrations appropriate to the needs of prospects
  • Prepare and deliver expertly crafted proposals to prospects
  • Work with Sales leadership to determine creative options for prospect proposals in order to close faster with greater Annual Contract Value (ACV)
  • Provide support to prospects during the sales process; ensuring questions are answered and alignment is created between business challenge and solution
  • Provide a careful hand off of new clients to the Onboarding and Account Management Teams)
  • Maintain real-time and accurate data within Salesforce, Hubspot, and CPQ
  • Participate and support the sales process and business development at events around the world - including Dreamforce
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and partners around these events
