Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B Sales (SaaS and Services) in MarTech
- Experience selling technical solutions and multi-year contracts with average ACV of 30k+
- Strong portfolio of Marketing leaders within Mid-Market accounts ranging $50M-750M
- Ability to prove consistently hitting or overachieving quota
- Self-starter with creative entrepreneurial spirit
- Creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve prospective client challenges/objections
- Adaptable; able to quickly learn new technologies and processes
- Proven practice of sales methodology
- Four-year college degree required
- Experience with Sales tools like Outreach, Zoom, Gong, SF
Responsibilities
- Manage and track daily sales activities in Salesforce to prospect based on assigned lists from sales management ranging from hunting down new logos, prospect intent, competitor customer lists, and referral contacts. Leverage tools including Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong
- Manage Discovery sales calls for assigned appointments from inbound marketing leads or appointments sources from SDRs
- Manage pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas to surpass annual quota
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize nurture cadences and target messaging
- Focus on perfecting sales plays related to assigned ICPs including, but not limited to, modifying existing sales presentations or market research
- Work with sales management to improve talk track through role playing product training and conversation intelligence tools
- Leverage Sales Engineering to develop scope and price quotes for prospects
- Manage opportunity referrals from Customer Success for expansion sales from existing customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce for use of opportunity management
- Working knowledge of Outreach and ZoomInfo for prospecting
- Working knowledge of conversational intelligence tools such as Gong
- Use of Power Point for sales presentations
- Google for Business, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive
