Summary

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably 1+ in HR tech) with a track record of exceeding quotas in an outbound role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Entire Customer Journey
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global hiring and compliance, guiding prospects from initial outreach to close
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and BDRs for lead generation and qualification, and work with Implementation and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and continued account growth
  • Own Your Targets. Consistently Hit & Exceed Goals
  • Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals by efficiently managing your sales funnel—prospecting, nurturing, negotiating, and closing
  • Drive new business across your sector to build your pipeline—prospecting, closing, and consistently delivering on revenue goals
  • Pipeline & Forecasting
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasts and clear visibility into your performance and opportunities
  • Become a Sales Guru
  • Master your sales narrative, funnel management, negotiation, and closing. Track every deal in Salesforce, ensuring you have a crystal-clear view of your pipeline and customer base at all times
  • Champion Our Brand
  • Represent Multiplier at key industry events, conferences, and meetups, showcasing our platform’s transformative impact on remote work and global hiring
