This role requires significant travel within the US.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience: 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI, or the insurance industry
  • Track record of success: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for closing deals
  • Relationship builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with AI technology and able to articulate the value of Pibit’s solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated: Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Willingness to travel: Willing and able to travel across the US to meet with clients and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities: Actively prospect and generate leads in the US underwriting sectors
  • Drive the US Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects by understanding their needs and demonstrating how Pibit’s AI solutions can address them
  • Lead the sales cycle: From initial outreach to closing the deal, manage the entire sales process including product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Deal Maturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
  • Deal Velocity: Active in experimenting with various ideas with a focus on increasing the deal velocity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and provide feedback for product improvements
  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up-to-date with developments in AI, underwriting, and insurance to position Pibit as a market leader
  • Travel and event participation: Represent Pibit at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the US
