Summary
Join Ocrolus, a rapidly expanding fintech company, as a Strategic Account Executive. You will manage the full sales cycle for complex SaaS solutions within the Fintech/financial sector, leading a cross-functional team and exceeding individual sales quotas. This role requires 8+ years of solution/value selling experience, including 5+ years as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive and 2+ years selling to Fortune 100 companies. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales leadership skills, knowledge of sales frameworks, and experience with Salesforce. The position offers a competitive salary ($140,000-$155,000 + commission + equity + benefits) and the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth startup.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorโs Degree in business or related fields
- Have 8+ years solution/value selling experience
- Have 5+ years working as a top performing Enterprise Account Executive
- Have 2+ years solely selling to large enterprise customers (Fortune 100)
- Have proven success hunting and selling into new logo accounts
- Be a self-starter who is invested in the success of the team
- Have experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce
- Be scrappy, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning as you go
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close while articulating the right sales plays that create urgency and move opportunities to close
- Be comfortable leading and directing a cross-functional team - marketing, sales ops, sales engineering, solutions, operations, product, leadership -- through varied stages of complex customer journeys
- Communicate (both orally and written) and track the status and unique requirements of each sales opportunity while adhering to management standards for sales reporting
- Exemplify leadership by training, mentoring, and coaching team members, junior or otherwise, earmarked to support regional prospecting and sales-related activities
- Apply knowledge of leading sales frameworks in a way that demonstrates a systematic approach to selling
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating and delivering pervasive client presentations that align varied stakeholders critical to the decision making process
- Be a driving force in the success of the companyโs goals & objectives through achieving and exceeding individual sales quota YoY
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working at a hypergrowth, startup company
- Have 2+ years of working in the Fintech / financial vertical
- Have value selling experience with API platforms
Benefits
Salary range between $140,000 - $155,000 + commission + equity + benefits
