Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Experience selling into the U.S. Federal Government DoD/IC Community
  • Demonstrate Proven Results
  • Showcase Documented success in similar roles, demonstrating the ability to drive sales and grow market share
  • Possess a Sense of Urgency
  • Have Sales Experience
  • Have a Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Have Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex deals
  • Have Account Management skills
  • Have Experience in managing large accounts and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Possess Skills in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate effective account management and planning skills
  • Understand customer requirements and propose solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Possess an intimate understanding of the US Federal Government’s Contracting/Procurement processes, including various Contract Vehicles, BPA’s, BOA’s, etc…
  • Generate quotes and be able to support formal proposals
  • Provide a Demo of the OffSec training platform
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline
  • Follow up on MQLs promptly and be able to generate leads/prospects (including developing sales campaigns with OffSec Marketing and channel partners)
  • Understand the competitive landscape and how OffSec competes/positions
  • Be open to Traveling when required and justified by opportunity or by event
  • Work with OffSec Distribution and Channel partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have an Educational Background in education, business, or related fields
  • Possess Advanced degrees or specialized training related to education or sales
  • Have Networking Experience and established connections within the DoD/IC sector, including relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
  • Demonstrate the ability to leverage relationships with resellers and distributor partners
  • Have a Background selling through/to FSI’s, Primes/Subs, within the DoD/IC community
  • Have a Background or experience selling Cybersecurity training or related products
  • Possess Familiarity with DoD 8570/8140, PCTE, U.S. Cyber Command, and DCWF
