Summary
OneRail is a SaaS platform that optimizes last mile delivery for businesses. They are seeking an Account Executive with 3-5 years of quota-carry experience, ideally in supply chain and/or SaaS sales. The role involves prospecting, consultative selling, contract negotiation, relationship building, pipeline management, and collaboration with internal teams. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven track record of success in a hunter role, with excellent prospecting experience
- Proven ability to understand supply chain operations, logistics processes, and industry challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
- Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline and track progress
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify prospects, manage outreach sequences using multiple modes of communication to secure meetings
- Consultative & Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives, then articulate the value proposition of OneRail's platform
- Contract Negotiation and Execution: Utilize expertise in contract negotiation to secure transactions ranging from $25,000 to $1MM
- Relationship Building: Identify key stakeholders, cultivate and maintain strong relationships at client organizations
- Pipeline Management: Maintain inputs for all opportunities in Sales Force, track progress, and provide accurate weekly forecasts to the leadership team
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, solution engineering, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experience
