Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. This SaaS sales role requires meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, converting leads, conducting product demonstrations, developing sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales documentation, staying updated on industry trends, maintaining CRM records, and following the sales formula. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly with Fortune 500 companies. OPTEL offers flexible work schedules, competitive compensation, and group insurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Experience in selling to Fortune 500 companies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency in using sales and productivity software
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Responsibilities
- Identify and make initial contact with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects through thorough research and identifying potential clients. (Cold Outreach)
- Convert marketing-generated Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into sales-ready leads and guide them through our sales funnel until successful closure
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and features of our SaaS Opthcain solution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system
- Follow the sales formula by reaching the quarterly quote volume needed to reach your sales target
