Summary

Join Ostro, a rapidly growing life sciences company, and help shape the future of healthcare. As a remote sales representative, you will be responsible for selling Ostro's engagement platform to enterprise-level pharmaceutical companies. You will manage your own pipeline, build relationships with executive-level contacts, and close new business. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience selling software or services to life sciences brands and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements

  • At least 5 years proven work experience selling software, agency services, or consulting into life sciences brand teams
  • Has worked in life sciences selling to commercial organizations with a high propensity towards brand/marketing teams - knowledge of AoRs a plus
  • Can manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle within a SaaS-based organization
  • Someone who thrives off independently working and pushing themselves on deals
  • Thrives off of working collaboratively, to win deals for the organization
  • Deep curiosity about the product, how the platform works and the business processes that support it
  • Effective at prospecting and managing executive-level relationships (C-level, VP, etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a take-charge, team player, entrepreneurial attitude

Responsibilities

  • Advocate, educate, and pitch Ostro’s engagement platform to enterprise-level pharmaceutical companies
  • Build out your own pipeline and keep up an active calendar
  • Manage a book of business and proactively reach out while continuously hunting and closing new business
  • Bring on new business and hit sales quotas
