Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in technology, AE/SDR SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce businesses and their potential challenges & priorities
  • Familiarity with the retail media ecosystem, e-commerce, or paid search ecosystems is preferred
  • Proven track record of success in previous endeavors
  • Experience developing and presenting proposals, business cases, presentations and product demonstrations is preferred
  • Ability to learn and communicate complex business concepts quickly
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales CRM (we use Salesforce!) and prospecting tools
  • Strong project and time management skills and ability to prioritize deal updates within the CRM

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships and close new business with assigned small to midsize accounts
  • Drive new opportunities within our target market and employ a proven sales process that demonstrates business value, promotes our products, and drives up-sell and cross-sell revenue
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue that achieves/exceeds individual quota
  • Responsible for prospecting into assigned accounts
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our platform solution
  • Proven ability to sell based on business outcomes, value, and return on investment as opposed to feature-based selling
  • Own the client relationship throughout the sales process and onboarding ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Be able to successfully connect with prospective buyers and deliver a clear product demo and presentation
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and product updates
