Summary

Join Parakeeto, a fast-growing, remote-first company, as a full-time Account Executive. You will focus on converting qualified leads into clients using a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, guiding prospects through the sales process, delivering presentations, and collaborating with the team. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5+ years of sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong ability to build relationships, drive conversations, and close deals
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work remotely with high levels of accountability & responsiveness
  • Excellent written communication (we don’t do meetings that could have been an email)
  • A computer, fast internet, and a private (quiet) workspace

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ challenges, goals, and business needs
  • Determine whether our solutions are the right fit—or recommend an alternative if they aren’t
  • Clarify the client’s key challenges and desired outcomes, and clarify their process and requirements for investing in a solution
  • Guide prospects through a clear, structured, and consultative sales process
  • Deliver compelling presentations & proposals, showing the ROI of working with Parakeeto
  • Overcome objections by being curious, and educating prospects on a new perspective
  • Work closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) who books qualified opportunities
  • Manage the contracting and closing process negotiating final details like payment terms and timelines
  • Work alongside marketing & business development to provide feedback that helps them optimize lead generation and qualification
  • Provide feedback on prospect objections, concerns, and industry trends to help refine our sales messaging
  • Actively contribute to sales playbook development and refining our consultative approach and materials
  • Maintaining a squeaky clean and up-to-date CRM, contributing to Parakeeto’s data-driven culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience selling consulting, SaaS, or agency services
  • You understand agency profitability metrics, utilization, and resourcing
  • You’re familiar with ActiveCampaign, Apollo, Asana and Google Workspace
  • You’ve worked in a remote-first, high-performance team before
  • You’ve consumed Parakeeto’s educational content and love what we do
  • You’ve worked as a freelance consultant, or run an agency in the past
