Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Capable of making thoughtful, systematic decisions under pressure in a timely manner
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sales and technology
  • Adaptable and open to feedback

Responsibilities

  • Travel within the mid-Atlantic states (NYC, NJ, PA, VA, MD, DC)
  • Prospect new leads and generate sufficient pipeline growth. Develop, qualify and close opportunities
  • Grow and develop channel partners to generate leads and prospect meetings while leveraging Pondurance sales model
  • Achieve sales quota goals; drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers
  • Plan and participate in sales events and channel partner enablement that will drive sales pipeline within territory
  • Deliver on-line and face-to-face presentations highlighting Pondurance capabilities while leveraging technical and corporate resources
  • Promote positivity, helpfulness and resourcefulness with customers having the goal of exceeding expectations
  • Drive customer satisfaction by owning and solving customer challenges while setting realistic expectations
  • Prioritize goal setting, resource management, contingency planning, and coordinating and cooperating with others
  • Promote Ponduranceโ€™s collaborative spirit, work ethics, and service-oriented culture
  • Seek opportunities to improve the companyโ€™s process and systems through initiating changes where necessary and appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors
