Summary

Join a dynamic advertising platform connecting adventure businesses with targeted digital advertising solutions. As an Account Executive, you will handle inbound sales calls from warm leads, conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, set appointments, conduct onboarding meetings, and maintain client communication. This role contributes directly to sales pipeline growth and supports business expansion in the adventure travel sector. The position is fully remote, preferably working 10 AM - 6 PM EST or 9 AM - 5 PM EST. You will manage a sales pipeline, nurture leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. Success is measured by meeting sales goals, maintaining an organized pipeline, achieving high conversion rates, and receiving positive feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a sales development or lead qualification role, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or adventure/outdoor sectors
  • Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present professionally and confidently over Zoom
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems for lead tracking and management (experience with Go High Level is a plus but not required as training is provided)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections professionally, and adapt to a consultative sales process
  • Motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm leads generated from Meta ads, LinkedIn messenger campaigns, and other channels
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to qualify leads effectively
  • Schedule and set qualified appointments, including managing Zoom meetings booked directly by leads
  • Follow a typical two-call close sales cycle, providing a professional and confident presence on Zoom
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and timely lead and opportunity data
  • Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel
  • Manage a healthy pipeline to meet or exceed appointment-setting and sales targets
  • Proactively contact older leads within the CRM to revive interest and generate new opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Engage adventure travel business owners (e.g., safari operators, guided tour companies, kayak rentals) with passion and industry knowledge
  • Make the sale and conduct onboarding meetings with clients
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients as needed
  • Review creatives and copy with the client and the fulfillment team who creates the content and manages the ads
  • Host 15-30 minute meetings with clients every other week to review ad stats, accompanied by reports provided by the client’s fulfillment team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in closing Marketing Agency Services
  • Experience in managing Accounts for a Marketing Agency (Minimal work, communicating with 3rd party vendors who are doing the fulfilling, acting as the POC for client and 3rd party fulfillment provider)
  • Basic Business/Marketing Experience
  • Passion for outdoor adventure activities or the travel industry is highly advantageous
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly appointment-setting and sales goals
  • Maintaining an organized, up-to-date sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and accurate CRM documentation
  • Achieving high lead-to-appointment conversion rates through effective qualification and professional communication
  • Receiving positive feedback from sales and marketing teams on lead quality and communication effectiveness
  • Demonstrating confidence and professionalism in Zoom meetings, fostering strong client relationships
