Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering consistent revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a hands-on attitude
- Occasional travel may be required to meet clients, attend industry events, or conduct workshops
- Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot, as well as platforms like Slack, Miro, and Google Workspace
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- A genuine interest in environmental issues and a desire to contribute to the global water challenge
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and acting as their primary point of contact
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand client portfolios
- Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction with Qatiumβs solutions
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
- Provide regular updates on account performance, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to offer valuable insights to clients
