Requirements

  • Proven track record as account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results

Responsibilities

  • Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches
  • Manage a 360-degree sales cycle (target as defined in the compensation letter)
  • Work closely with the SDR of the respective market to build as much pipeline as possible and close as many opportunities as possible
  • Achieve the target by signing new logos
  • Create pipeline, keep a clean CRM inserting all deals into the CRM so forecasting can be done by the mgmt team
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure a successful closing, onboarding, and handover to the AM
  • Collaborate closely with the market-specific AM, SDR, the supplier sales team, the quality, operations as well as the marketing team to ensure that the customer is happy with our service
  • Acquire an expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes
