You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and will collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving/overachieving quota
- Experience in closing New Logos
- Mid-Market/SMB Sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving/overachieving against company sales quotas
- A results-driven sales professional with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- A hunter mindset, energized by building relationships and creating new opportunities
- Skilled in consultative and value-based selling, with the ability to navigate complex buying processes
- Strong communicator who can engage C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) and leveraging data to optimize sales strategies
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers to expand Quartzy’s footprint
- Own the end-to-end sales process from outreach to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Understand customer pain points and articulate the value of Quartzy’s solutions to decision-makers
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Quartzy effectively in the market

- $75,000 - $90,000 a year
- The total on target earnings for this role will be in the range of $120,000 to $155,000
- All regular full-time employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program, excluding sales who are eligible for performance based variable sales incentives
