Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with revenue objectives
  • Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and market insights to enhance engagement and lead conversion

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities to achieve or exceed assigned new sales quotas
  • Cultivate relationships with customers through meetings or calls
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities through effective outreach and networking strategies
  • Conduct outreach to new leads through a mix of outbound efforts, networking, and targeted campaigns
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting precision, regularly updating deal statuses and analyzing win/loss data
  • Enhance sales skills and adaptability by improving personal close rates quarter-over-quarter
  • Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops or sales training courses, to continuously refine your skills and share learnings with the team
