Summary

Join ShiftCare, a leading Australian health-tech SaaS provider, as an Outbound Account Executive and be at the forefront of our North American expansion. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and presenting the ShiftCare value proposition to potential customers. This role requires developing and implementing outbound sales strategies, identifying and prospecting potential customers, and utilizing a consultative sales approach. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams, meet sales targets, and provide regular performance reports. This position is remote and based in Canada.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of outbound business development or sales experience in SaaS
  • Proven success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies for lead generation and new business growth
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through email, phone, and social media channels
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the value proposition of our solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise messaging and campaign strategies
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute proposals and presentations
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the home healthcare industry is highly desirable
  • Experience in AMS, HR, HCM, Workforce Management, and Payroll domains would be advantageous
