Summary
Join ShiftCare, a leading Australian health-tech SaaS provider, as an Outbound Account Executive and be at the forefront of our North American expansion. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and presenting the ShiftCare value proposition to potential customers. This role requires developing and implementing outbound sales strategies, identifying and prospecting potential customers, and utilizing a consultative sales approach. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams, meet sales targets, and provide regular performance reports. This position is remote and based in Canada.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of outbound business development or sales experience in SaaS
- Proven success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in HubSpot
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies for lead generation and new business growth
- Identify and prospect potential customers through email, phone, and social media channels
- Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the value proposition of our solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise messaging and campaign strategies
- Work with the sales team to develop and execute proposals and presentations
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the home healthcare industry is highly desirable
- Experience in AMS, HR, HCM, Workforce Management, and Payroll domains would be advantageous
