Summary
Join Shopmonkey as an Enterprise Account Executive and drive revenue growth by targeting prospective clients and turning them into loyal customers. You will build relationships with decision-makers, communicate the benefits of Shopmonkey, and execute sales strategies. Responsibilities include growing new revenue, collaborating with a team, defining and executing sales strategies, driving account growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also communicate forecasts and navigate internal and external stakeholders. This role requires 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology, with a proven ability to manage complex sales processes and negotiate high-value contracts. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for the startup community are essential. The position offers a base salary of $120,000-$150,000 with uncapped commission, equity, and standard company benefits.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
- Ability to understand Shopmonkey's technology platform and build meaningful relationships with customers of varying technical savvy
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and negotiate high-value contracts with enterprise clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Demonstrated passion for the startup community and new technology businesses
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with an abundance of charisma, empathy, humility, and humor
- Thirst for personal growth, team player mentality, and equal willingness to teach and learn
- Travel as needed, about 30-40%
Responsibilities
- Grow new revenue by building relationships with high-potential prospects
- Work closely with a team of XDRs to build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
- Define and execute new sales strategies to effectively showcase the impact Shopmonkey can make in customerβs lives
- Drive account growth by proactively upselling and cross-selling additional products. Maintain strong relationships with clients, monitoring their needs and effectively managing your book of business to identify new opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with our sales development, sales engineering, marketing, product and customer success teams to deliver outstanding results
- Communicate accurate and realistic forecast information to the management team by ensuring our CRM is being utilized and managed effectively
- Navigate internal and external stakeholders inclusive of C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross functional partners
- Sell into auto shop businesses with 20+ locations with an average contract value between $500k to $1MM
