Summary
Join Silverfin's expanding global sales team as an Account Executive to build our local presence in Denmark, focusing on accounting firms. You will be responsible for closing new business, preparing and running workshops, developing business cases, and building relationships within the Accountancy industry. Success requires understanding industry pain points, articulating how Silverfin's solution addresses those needs, and building a strong sales pipeline. This role demands a fast-learner with a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and fluency in Danish and English. Requirements
- 5+ years of proven track record in B2B sales roles within the professional services and/or technology space
- Hands-on experience selling SaaS solutions, with a strong grasp of cloud-based technology benefits
- Experience building and nurturing relationships with C-suite and decision-makers
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to articulate value propositions effectively
- Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of the product to non-technical stakeholders
- Outstanding people and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility, and thrive in a cross-border team environment
- Fluency in Danish and English
Responsibilities
- Close new business with mid-market and top 10 accounting firms in Denmark
- Prepare and run workshops with senior prospective clients on C-level / Partner-level
- Develop and present business cases for business and IT stakeholders
- Eager to build opportunities in a “new” market and to establish trustworthy relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline, constantly refreshing to qualify and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with your direct team to execute and improve the sales strategy
- Execute while using existing sales strategies and continuously strive to improve sales approaches
- Forecast future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to shifts on the market
- Serve as a business representative at industry events and conferences
- Stay on top of Industry trends and understand the (competitive) landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Accounting industry or Fintech
- Obsession with client happiness and deal generation
- Strong commercial outlook, excellent networker and consultative approach to business development
- Consistent focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving revenue growth
- Self-starter and hands-on, able to drive and successfully close sales processes end-to-end
- Choose to take ownership, enjoy self‐learning, and proactively drive success
- You’re pragmatic and thrive best when working independently under empowering and delegated leadership
- High degree of self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment
- Strong problem solving and creative commercial approach
