Summary

Join SMX as a Sales Account Executive to drive sales for SMX Elevate, a technology-enabled solution for highly regulated clients. You will identify and target potential clients, build strong relationships, lead the sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This remote position requires 5+ years of cloud technology sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and strong communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud computing, business processes, and the cloud ecosystem. Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the cloud technology space
  • Proven track record in a consultative sales role, consistently exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue: Identify and target potential clients, present compelling value propositions for SMX Elevate, and close deals
  • Develop client relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Lead the sales process: Prepare and deliver impactful sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with marketing, delivery, and other teams to ensure successful client engagements
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position SMX Elevate in the market
  • Contribute to business growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive overall business success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance
  • Experience: Familiarity with FedRAMP and/or DoD RMF accreditations
  • Certifications: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Practitioner or Associate-level certifications
